original deck with Tiles over Traffigard the deck is leaking into the room below about dead centre of this picture
there is some minor ponding in the corner against the fence removal of the tiles is slow and labourious, here using a small electric hammer chisel
this area in the centre of the deck the plywood was wet underneath the Traffigard total destruction of the tiles
after a cleanup and a quick sanding the cause of the leak was found, a split in the Traffigard, along a plywood joint the Traffigard is scraped off and then the residual sanded off down to the plywood
some of the dents caused by the removal of the tiles are filled another view of the deck with filler and also a buildup at the upper edge with Covercol AB Rapid compound, to take out the ponding here
