the main back wall waterproofed with Ruberoid Plasprufe 2000SATANKING OF A BURIED RESIDENCE.
To concrete block walls apply coating of Bitumen Primer.
Retrive remains of underfloor polythene DPC, cut,  trim to 300mm and clean flap.
Dig out under bottom edge of foundation 100mm.
Attach flap to wall with 100mm  Index Kontabit SBS Bitumen double sided self adhesive tape, repair any cuts or damaged areas with same.
Apply Ruberoid  Plasprufe 2000 SA 2mm SBS Tanking membrane to vertical walls, with 200mm wide reinforcing strips to vertical  internal and external corners and overlapping onto polythene DPC by 300-400mm, heat weld joints.










looking across the rooftop, copper skylightsTo Roof Area,  prime with Bitumen primer, and when dry,  Torchon one layer of 4mm Index Defend H AR Anti-Roots torchon membrane, forming membrane to skylights and turning down and bonding  to Plasprufe 2000 SA 2mm SBS Tanking membrane with minimum 300mm overlap.
Install drainage pipes below bottom level of floor slab, with filter fabric over, around  perimeter of structure.
Lay filter fabric over roof area.
Fit 80mm thick polystyrene sheet protection to walls and 100mm thick polystyrene sheet protection to roof membrane.
Carefully back fill project with on site excavation material.
