Prime 18mm plywood substrate with Fosroc Bitumen primer No.3 and allow to dry. Seal plywood joints with Fosroc Plastiseal Bitumen sealant.
To primed substrate apply by torchon method, fully bonded, Proofex Torchseal 3P underlay, form to internal gutters, outlets, perimeter parapet upstands and skylight kerbs.
To internal gutters only apply fully bonded to the underlay a 2nd layer of 3mm Index Testudo 20, smooth finished membrane.
To main roof area apply Cap sheet, Proofex Torchseal 4P Light Grey coloured Mineral Cap sheet to the 3P underlay, laps offset, form edge down into the internal gutters, to the perimeter upstands and to the skylight and chimney kerb upstands.
