Prime 27mm plywood substrate with  Bitumen primer  and allow to dry.
To primed substrate apply by torchon method, fully bonded, Sintoplene APP 3mm  underlay, form to internal gutters, outlets , perimeter parapet and wallupstands
To internal gutters and to main roof area apply Cap sheet, Proofex Torchseal 4P Light Grey coloured Mineral Cap sheet to the 3mm underlay, laps offset, form edge down into the internal gutters, to the perimeter and wall upstands.
Install 4 low profile polypropylene breather vents.
To 27mm plywood substrate on deck area install 1.5mm DecKing PVC trafficable membrane in solvent based adhesive.
