TORCHON TO NEW PROJECT

Level 1 Podium Decks

Grind off high ridges and sweep clean, waterblast where necessary.

Prime concrete substrate with Bitumen Primer.

Apply by Torchon method one layer of Index Fidia 3P Talc surfaced membrane with 100mm side laps.

Form membrane to outlets and up and over parapet nibs.

Plaster screed and Tiles by other.

Levels 2,3 & 4 Balcony Decks

Grind off high ridges and sweep clean, waterblast where necessary.

Prime concrete substrate with Bitumen Primer.

Apply by Torchon method one layer of Index Elastocene 3P Texflamina surfaced membrane with 100mm side laps.

Form membrane to outlets and up internal and external curved walls 150mm.

Plaster screed and Tiles by others.

Level 5 Main Roof

Prime 15mm T&G H3 plywood substrate, inside and top of polystyrene block parapet walls with Bitumen Primer.

Lay 200mm reinforcing strips of Fidia 3P into all  internal corner.

Apply by Torchon method one layer4mm Index Nova Grey Mineral APP membrane with 80mm side laps and 150mm end laps, form to internal gutter and dress to  top of internal fillet.

To inside and top of polystyrene block parapet walls apply Hitchins Formseal 1.5mm self adhesive membrane as an underlay.

Carefully apply to Formseal underlay by Torchon method Index Nova Grey Mineral membrane and dress onto horizontal 100mm.

Form collars to pipes and vents and to airconditioning sleepers.

Polystyrene cladding and plaster system to parapet walls by others.
