Remove leaking Nuralite Asphalt Sheet membrane from concrete roof and relay with 2 layer Shelterbit Torchdown membrane system, Grey Mineral Cap sheet.
Incl. cut off bottom of cladding at walls, dress new upstands and reflash with z shaped coloursteel metal flashings

the roof is the one above the rubbish skip, 2 stories up old membrane roof, SE view old membrane roof, SW view old membrane roof, NE view old membrane roof, looking to the south major failure here on the NE corner old membrane roof, looking NW tear off, just starting NE corner old roof coming off in small pieces NW corner the only way to get the old membrane off was to heat, scrape and pull. yes, a big piece off the old membrane is removed leaving the residue of the original bitumen adhesive the old membrane dregs piled up for removal off the roof this 2mm thick metal plate was likely the original sliding construction flashing between the 2 buildings, leaking for many years

that rusty old construction flashing has been worked over with a 7mm H3  treated plywood sheeting and H3 timber fillets to provide a stable substrate for the new roof membrane 3mm base/underlay laid looking south west
redundant plinths worked around with the basesheet/underlay the redundant plinths are to be retained
thumbs up on Roofees plinth torch work torching on the base/underlay sheetthe roof is laid in base/underlay, looking East a few blisters due to reaction with old adhesive need cutting out and resealed well quite a few in the end we tore up a 10m2 area which had reacted with the cold adhesive the back side of the new torchdown, after being removed, showing the back side of what were bubbles/blisters the problem area where the new membrane showed signs of bubbling/blistering, after it was torn up the East side with the Grey Mineral cap sheet laid, looking south half way done with the cap sheet, looking Easta perforated vent sheet is laid over the suspect area, warming over to make it lie flat a fresh layer of base/underlay is applied over the perforated vent sheetroofing is done, waiting for metal wall flashings roofing is done, waiting for metal wall flashings, looking south
