2001>
in 1991 the resurfaced roof was coated with bituminous aluminium paint, by 2001 it was crazing and blistering badly   the roof being prepared and a 4mm torched membrane applied over a view of the triple build up of membrane to reduce ponding  to assist with bonding of the new membrane the roof  was torched to bleed up the bitumens
the laying starting at the low point on the roof  the roof was done in 2 sections due to weather and water ponding
the 4mm membrane laid with laps running to the low centre sheet, 2 roof top breather vents installed  same view after main membrane has been laid
2005>
in 2005 the new roof has settled and started to oxidize  rooftop water tank has been replaced with a high pressure water main valve
