Removal of 1960-70's style metal roof overlay and reinstatement to original 1940's Art Deco Design with new plywood substrate and 2 layer Torchon membrane laid to original falls.
2.5mm Shelterbit FP120 underlay  and 4mm Shelterbit Black/Charcoal Mineral Torchon membrane was used as the "cap sheet" on this project.

the metal roof removed and the old built up roof with gravel finish cleaned up the old build up roof was fully bonded to the timber sarking, so we overlaid the surface with pre primed treated plywood screwed down through
the 1st layer completed over the roof area the Charcoal Mineral finished cap sheet completed
the perimeter edges were turned down over 80mm and the underlay clout nailed the Charcoal Mineral membrane then dressed down and bonded to the underlay
the roof completed, looking more like the original design back to the Art Deco style
