 Bituminous torch-on plastomeric waterproofing membranes

Masterpren 2003, 2003F and 2004M

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
• Impermeable - Protects substrate from the ingress of water and water borne salts.
• Flexible - Bridges active cracks without rupturing.
• Wide service temperature range - Performs even in extreme ambient conditions.
• Good chemical resistance - Allows usage in areas exposed to certain common chemicals.
• Waterproofing mass formulated with APP - Improved resistance to ageing and low temperature performance.
• High resistance to polluted atmosphere - Service life unaffected in industrial and polluted regions.

 MASTERPREN 2003

Bituminous torch-on plastomeric waterproofing membrane

DESCRIPTIONtorching masterpren 2003 as an underlay to plywood substrate
Masterpren 2003 is a composite waterproofing membrane consisting of a thermoplastic, modified bituminous compound, reinforced in the middle with a polyester based, non-woven fabric for optimum mechanical strength. The modified bituminous compound is formulated using selected grades of bitumen and atactic polypropylene (APP) to achieve superior ageing properties and resistance to low temperatures in the membrane.
RECOMMENDED FOR
Masterpren 2003 is recommended for waterproofing both above and below grade structures where a protective final finish or covering is to be applied. Areas of application s include:
• flat and sloped roofs
• roof gardens, terraces, podiums and balconies
• water and effluent treatment tanks
• in single layer application
• in multi layer applcation with Masterpren 2003F & Masterpren 2004M

  MASTERPREN 2003F

Bituminous torch-on plastomeric waterproofing membrane

masterpren 2000F laid as the underlay for a 2 layer system on plywood substrateDESCRIPTION
Masterpren 2003F is a composite waterproofing embrane consisting of a thermoplastic, modified bituminous compound, reinforced in the middle with a longitudinally reinforced fibreglass felt for optimum mechanical strength.
The modified bituminous compound is formulated using selected grades of bitumen and modified with saturated polyolefinic polymers. (APP)
RECOMMENDED FOR
Masterpren 2003F is recommended for waterproofing both above and below grade structures in conjunction with Masterpren 2003 and Masterpren 2004M. As a first layer in a two layer system or in the middle of a three layer system.

 MASTERPREN 2004M

Bituminous, UV resistant, plastomeric torch-on waterproofing membrane
section of roof laid in masterpren2004M

DESCRIPTION
Masterpren 2004M is a composite waterproofing membrane, consisting of a thermoplastic, modified bituminous compound, reinforced in the middle with a polyester based, non-woven fabric for optimum mechanical strength and incorporating a layer of coloured mineral granules on the exposed surface. The modified bituminous compound is formulated using selected grades of bitumen and atactic polypropylene (APP) to achieve superior ageing properties and resistance to low temperatures. The layer of mineral granules allows the surface to be exposed to sunlight.
RECOMMENDED FOR
Masterpren 2004M is especially suitable for waterproofing exposed surfaces. The main areas of application are flat and sloped roofs which will not receive any further surface finish. Generally used as a system in conjuction with Masterpren 2003 and Masterpren 2003F.
