Remove existing BUR gravel surfaced roof membrane and replace with 2 layer mechanically fixed smooth surfaced Torchon System.

first section of roof is torn up down to the timber boards loading the materials to the roof by HIAB crane
unloading the materials at roof level this is where the worst leak was, around the chimney base, timber is rotted out
the rotted boards are replaced cleaning up the roof ready for the new membrane system
laying the fleece backed base sheet on the timber board substrate, hidden nailing along the welded laps strips of 3mm membrane are torched around the perimeter turned into the copper gutter
