Apply Ardex Butynol rubber membrane, fully adhered, to internal plywood gutter in one piece.

fitting the outlet dropper the substrate is primed with adhesive in case it rains before the rubber is laid
the one piece rubber sheet is laid into the gutter and partially adhered applying the adhesive to both surfaces on the internal side
