the completed Grey Mineral sloping roof, looking out over Wellington CityTORCHON  MEMBRANE ROOFING AND PVC DECK MEMBRANE TO NEW PROJECT, 15MM T&G  PLYWOOD SUBSTRATE.
Sloping Roof (approx. 14o pitch)
To plywood substrate, fit .55 Zincalume 50x80 angle at gutter edge.
Prime plywood substrate with Index Bitumen Primer and allow to dry.
Torchon, fully bonded, one layer of Index Elastocene Film 4mm Underlay, dress to wall upstands 150mm and down over metal edge flashing.
Stagger nail all over at 200-300mm centers with 19mm Large Head Galv. clout nails.
To underlay, apply fully bonded, Index Nova 4mm Grey Mineral Torchon membrane, dress to wall upstands and down over metal edge flashing.
Form 180mm wide ridge flashing strips to hips.
Fit Coloursteel metal flashings to roof ends and  to internal deck parapet.


the top floor roof, Elastocene 1st layer appliedFlat Roofing (approx 4o pitch)
Install .55 Zincalume 50x80 angle at gutter edge.
Prime plywood substrate with Index Bitumen Primer and allow to dry.
Torchon, fully bonded, one layer of Index Elastocene Film 4mm Underlay, dress down over metal edge flashing.
Form upstands to parapets with Index Fidia 3mm sheeting, fully bonded  to timber framing or plywood bracing.
Stagger nail all over at 300mm centers with 19mm Large Head Galv. clout nails.
To underlay, apply fully bonded, Index Nova 4mm Grey Mineral Torchon membrane, dress to wall upstands and down over metal edge flashing.
Install 1 Index Breather Vent to large roof area.
Form Index Nova Mineral to Skylight Kerbs and vent pipes as required.
Fit Coloursteel metal flashings to  parapets at varying levels.


the small internal deck top floor, Duradek PVC membrane, mocha colourInternal Deck
Install 80mm  PVC Floor Drain with Chrome Grill cover.
Install 2 x 65mm PVC Overflows.
To plywood substrate, apply  Patch Compound to sheet joints and screw holes, sand off flush.
Lay Duradek Ultra Marble Mocha PVC Deck membrane , in solvent based adhesive, with 150mm upstands and dressed to outlet and overflows.
