Red Mineral torchon overlay TORCHON MINERAL OVERLAY TO EXISTING BUILTUP SMOOTH  ASPHALT   ROOF
Prime existing roof surface with Bitumen Resaturant Primer and allow to dry.
Cut open air blisters, re-heat with flame and reseal flat.
Fit high wind spec. SBS 100mm wide self adhesive tape to perimeter edges and nail at 150mm centres with large head Galv. Clouts
Apply  4 mm thick Red Coloured Mineral finished polymer modified  Torchon membrane, fully bonded to the existing primed surface.
Dress membrane up to bottom of second weatherboard and seal with a bead of sealant.
Turndown into gutter and 100mm at other perimeter edges.
