Fit new watercheck to two sides of roof, and apply 3mm underlay over, welding to main roof. Cut open blisters in single layer torch membrane, heat and weld down flat. Lay 4mm base sheet and mechanically fix through to timber sarking with Scie roof washers and 50mm Stanless Steel screws. Torch 2nd layer 4mm Charcoal Granule surfaced Cap sheet to base sheet with offset laps. Weld to cleaned edge near wall and dress over watercheck.
Fit new Zincalume .44 gauge metal fascia/cap flashing.

the membrane has shrunk away from the gravel stop flashing we have installed a timber watercheck at the edge
torching 3mm underlay over the watercheck the blisters are cut open
the blisters are dry inside, they are just air bubbles the cuts are heated and welded back down flat
the 4mm thick base sheet is rolled out and mechanically fixed along the laps with washers and screws fixing the screws and washers
once the underlay is laid more washers and screws are fitted at 300mm centres the Cap sheet is being torched to the Base sheet
overlay is completed with new zincalume fascia fitted new metal fascia
