Loosen off the inside metal flashing at the walls.
Sweep clean the roof surface and apply one coat of Resaturant Bitumen Primer and allow to dry.
Cut open blisters, reheat with LPG torch flame and seal down flat.
Cut buckles through centre, nail both sides of cut with 19mm LH Galv Clouts and reheat with LPG torch flame and seal down flat.
Torch on, fully bonded,  one layer of 4mm Proofex Green Mineral finished  polymer modified bitumen sheeting, forming to the internal gutter and box outlets and up the inside of the parapet walls 250mm.
The side overlaps to be 80mm minimum and end laps, if required, 150mm.
Remove rooftop water tank and dress membrane through underneath, rebuild water tank stand with H3 treated timbers and reconnect tank to pipes.
On completion, refix the metal flashings with new stainless steel concrete pins/screws with rubber sealing washers.
