Gutter Linings,  Index Fidia Biarmato 3mm Torchon Membrane, laid fully bonded in 3 pieces, to horizontal and vertical bitumen primed plywood substrates.
Level 7 Plant Room Roof
Index Sirio V 3mm Torchon membrane underlay laid fully bonded to bitumen primed concrete substrate, followed by Index Nova Grey Mineral 4mm fully bonded to underlay.
Form to A/C plinths and  wall upstands prior to laying main roof, to allow A/C mechanical work and wall cladding fixing work to be carried out without damaging the main roof membrane.
Level 6 and 5
Index Sirio V 3mm Torchon membrane underlay, laid fully bonded to bitumen primed old concrete substrate, with  some new plaster screeded falls (slopes) in various areas to enchance water disposal,  followed by Index Nova  Mineral fully bonded to underlay.
Form  wall upstands prior to laying main roof, to allow  wall cladding work and painting work to be carried out without damaging the main roof membrane.
Form new Mastic Asphalt Plinths to feet of existing perimeter fence stanchions.
Dress  both membranes to plinths and perimeter upstands, pipes and outlets as required.

the Grey Mineral finished to the field area, the upstand membrane to be dressed down onto the flat roof complete
