New  plywood substrate on sloped firrings and new blocking, waterproofed with DecKing Roofseal Almond colour 1.5mm thick waterproof , trafficable and slip resistant PVC membrane and new Endura metal wall counter flashings.

20+ year old rubber membrane on particle board deck the deck was made to bridge to a new addition
getting set up to tear up the deck rubber removed from particle board and the bottom rail of the fence loosened and wedged out of the way and 100mm cut off the bottom of the wall cladding
particle board being removed fitting a few extra dwangs(blockings) to support the new plywood, tapered firings fitted to increase the slope
firings completed and insulation refitted plywood fitted to first section of deck
around the corner, rubber removed, in places the particle board sheeting has disintegrated another view of the crumbly particle board sheeting
remaining crumbs of particle board left, the deck was leaking along this wall fitting new dwangs (blocking) to support the firrings and the plywood
the firrings increased the slope from 5-30mm some more plywood fitted
plywood is completed and some nogs (blocking) fitted in the wall to support the new membrane  filling the plywood joints and screw holes with levelling compound
plywood is sanded and laying the pvc membrane in solvent adhesive hot air welding the laps in the pvc
