Roofs.
Fill gaps and joints in compressed cement sheeting with latex modified patch compound.
Prime compressed cement sheet substrate (fixed to steel purlins) with bitumen primer.
Apply 4mm Shelterbit APP Green Mineral Torchon Membrane, fully bonded to primed substrate.
Form 50mm Turndowns, with SBS bitumen bonding tape backing to finished plaster walls.
Form membrane around copper discharge pipes from upper Deck.
Deck
Grind off projections and fill voids with latex modified patch compound on concrete substrate on lower deck.
Fill gaps and joints in cement sheeting with latex modified patch compound on upper deck.
Fit  Polyethylene outlets and overflows.
Apply  Duradek PVC Deck membrane, Pewter colour,  in solvent based adhesive to both substrates.
