Tear off leaking rubber membrane, fit new 12mm treated plywood over warped 10mm ply. Apply perforated vent sheet underlayer, 3mm base sheet and Light Grey Mineral cap sheet. Fit new galvanised metal parapet cap flashings.
Rebuild roof top watertank fencing with new steel cross braces.


the existing 1mm thick black rubber membrane, heavily patched and ponding water bad positioning of pipes causing ponding
peeling off the rubber and removing the timber fillets and parapet flashings laying new 12mm thick treated plywood substrate pre primed with bitumen primer, and laying the 1st layer of torchon membrane
the 1st layer is fully bonded at the perimeters for 2 metres and then laid over a perforated vent sheet in the field areas first half section underlay completed looking west

emtying the rooftop watertanks, and testing the roof integrity flood testing the underlay layer, no leaks
a small amount of ponding after the flood testing the ponding areas had an additional 8mm thickness of  membrane laid over to take out the puddle, then the Light Grey Mineral finished membrane applied
