Temporarily remove existing metal perimeter flashing, marking each piece for reinstallation at completion of roofing work.
Remove rubber membrane from horizontal and upstands, grind off excess adhesive remaining.
Prime prepared concrete surface with Fosroc Bitumen Primer and allow to dry.
At all internal corners apply by Torchon method 200mm wide reinforcement strips of Fosroc Proofex Torchseal 3P SBS membrane.
To horizontal roof area fully bond Fosroc Proofex Torchseal 3P SBS membrane by Torchon method, with 100mm side laps and 150mm end laps.
 Mechanically fix 3P underlay with SFS IRD 82x40mm Pressure Plate/Washers and SFS D 100x4.8mm one piece concrete Spikes, through the plaster screed to the concrete substrate. Main roof level at the rate of 13 fixings/m2 at building corners for width of 2m, length of 4m from corner, 6 fixings /m2 at other areas, Plant Room level at the rate of 13 fixings/m2 at building corners for width of 2m, length of 5m from corner, 6 fixings/m2 for width of 2.5m at other perimeter areas, and 3 fixings/m2 at internal area .
To torched on and fastened underlay, apply Fosroc Proofex Torchseal 4P SBS Grey Mineral finished membrane fully bonded by Torchon method, with 80mm side laps and 150mm end laps and with joints staggered between underlay joints to ensure maximum lap security.
Form upstands from 300mm strips cut from roll and overlapped onto horizontal membrane by 100mm.
Dress Fosroc membranes to outlets, pipes, fence stantions, A/c Unit upstands, access door sill, and a/c sleepers .
To internal walls cut chase and fit .44x 75mm aluminium flashing, bedded in Fosroc Silaflex sealant.
Refix metal perimeter flashing as before with new HPSR 6 Stainless Steel screws and plastic plugs.
